Here's a recent picture we took of the Puteri Harbour's Traders Hotel development:
The four-storey 283-room Traders Hotel is a Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts operated hotel.
Besides Traders Hotel, Puteri Harbour waterfront development area also include an indoor theme park, a family entertainment centre and a 100,000-square-foot retail centre. Puteri Harbour will house a water transport terminal and three marinas in the near future.
The 60,000-square-foot indoor theme park will feature world-renowned and popular children’s characters in three main areas: Hello Kitty Town, showcasing Hello Kitty and friends by Sanrio; the Little Big Club featuring HIT Entertainment's Thomas and Friends, Barney, Bob the Builder, Pingu and Angelina Ballerina; and a themed family restaurant by popular local cartoonist, Lat (per press release from Shangrila).

More Condo Project Signed for Iskandar
"Medini Iskandar Malaysia Sdn Bhd and Qingdao Zhuoyuan Investment Holding's Square Stone Holdings Sdn Bhd to build high-end condominium with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM2.6bil.
The high-rise property proposed to be known as Medini International starts from an average price of RM750 psf targeting buyers from Singapore, China, Malaysia, Japan and Korea". Read more on the Star article.
It definitely feels like the Iskandar bubble is growing bigger, prices are sky rocketing and close to matching KL prices. Let's hope prices do not go too crazy!
