Prices surge in Iskandar

KGV-Lambert Smith Hampton (Johor) Sdn Bhd executive director Samuel Tan says that property prices have appreciated by between 45% and 160%, depending on the type of property and location, compared with prices five years ago.

“The year 2012 will be the tipping point, when projects such as Johor Premium Outlet in Indahpura and Legoland Theme Park in Nusajaya are up and running,” says Tan.

  2. Hi xdw3irdxd,

    Thanks for reading my blog.

Phase I and 7 linked duplexes are all sold. However, you can still look for a subsale unit. There are a few units which are being advertised for Phase 1.

You can try to contact Noorhaneesa from sales office. She usually has great contacts.

    Cheers,
    Erika

  4. Hi Shih Paul,

What type of unit are you looking for? I suggest to contact Norhaneesa (her contact details here: http://expatjohor.blogspot.com/2011/03/steps-to-purchase-property-from-east.html)

She's helped me owners resale units and she may know of some Phase I owners who are still willing to let go.

    Best of luck,
    Erika

  5. Hi Erika,

Would be aiming for terrace unit. 1.2Mil for semi-d would be out of budget.

Yes, had contacted Norhaneesa last week. She has no unit available from subsale.

    Thanks.

    Regards,
    ShihPaul
